Multi Millet Dosa
Ingredients
  • Instant multi millet dosa mix: 1 cup
  • Water: 1 to 1.5 cups (adjust as needed for consistency)
  • Yogurt (optional): 1/4 cup (for added tanginess and softness)
  • Oil: For cooking
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Finely chopped green chilies
  • Finely chopped cilantro
  • Grated carrots
  • Cumin seeds
Instructions
Take the instant multi millet dosa mix in a large mixing bowl.
Add water gradually to the mix, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Adjust the amount of water to achieve a thin, pourable consistency similar to regular dosa batter.
If using yogurt, add it to the mixture and mix well.
Add Optional Ingredients:

If desired, add finely chopped onions, green chilies, cilantro, grated carrots, and cumin seeds to the batter. Mix well.
Rest the Batter:

Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the ingredients to meld.
Heat the Pan:

Heat a non-stick dosa tawa or griddle over medium-high heat. Ensure it is properly heated before pouring the batter.
Make the Dosas:

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges and on top of the dosa.

Flip the dosa and cook the other side for another minute until crisp.
